The Slamz VIP Programme

By Elin Norrgård, casino analyst — updated August 2026

The VIP program at Slamz is a five-tier loyalty programme that runs automatically in the background: every real-money stake earns comp points, points decide your level, and the level decides your rebate, your limits and how quickly a payout is handled. There is nothing to claim and nothing to opt into, which makes it the least intrusive reward scheme on the site and the easiest to underestimate.

How loyalty points are earned

You collect one point for every €10 staked on slots. Live dealer tables and roulette earn at a reduced rate — usually a fifth of that — because the house edge on them is thinner. Points accumulate for tier progress and can separately be exchanged for bonus credit at a published rate, currently around 100 points for €1. Progress toward the next level is measured over a rolling 90-day window, so an inactive quarter drops you back down a rung rather than wiping the account.

The five loyalty levels

Read the ceiling column as carefully as the rebate column. For anyone who wins occasionally and in size, a raised weekly withdrawal cap is worth more than a percentage point of VIP cashback, because it is the difference between one payout and three.

What the perks actually mean

The high roller question

Diamond is a high roller tier in everything but name: reaching 100,000 points means around €1,000,000 staked over a rolling quarter on slots. Almost nobody arrives there by accident, and the honest advice is that no rewards package justifies playing at that volume if you were not already. Where the programme genuinely earns its keep is in the middle — Silver and Gold are reachable by a regular player, and the raised payout ceiling plus a better rebate are real money rather than badges.

A word on invitation-only levels

Some operators run an unpublished tier above the visible ladder, reached by invitation rather than by points. Where that exists, the terms are individually negotiated and there is no table to show you. Treat any claim about such a level with the scepticism it deserves unless it comes from the operator in writing, and remember that a personal manager is a salesperson as well as a service — friendly, useful, and paid on your deposits.
