How to Withdraw Money from Slamz
By Elin Norrgård, casino analyst — updated August 2026
A cashout at Slamz has two stages: the operator approves the request, then the rail carries the money. Approval is normally same-day on a verified account. After that, a Trustly payout took 0–2 hours in the requests we timed, Skrill 2–6 hours, crypto under 24 hours, and a bank transfer 1–2 business days. The minimum withdrawal is €25, the maximum withdrawal on a standard account is €5,000 per week, and the operator deducts nothing of its own.
Withdrawal steps
- Finish any active bonus first. A withdrawal request placed while wagering is unfinished usually forfeits the bonus balance and the winnings attached to it.
- Open the cashier and switch to the payout tab.
- Pick from the withdrawal methods offered — the list mirrors what you have already deposited with, plus any fallback rail you registered.
- Enter the amount, at least €25, and confirm.
- Upload verification documents if you have not already. This is the step that turns a two-hour payout into a two-day one.
- Wait for the status to move from pending to processed, then watch the receiving account.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal explained
The €25 floor exists because processing costs the same whether the payout is small or large; below that the fee would eat a meaningful share of the money. The ceiling works differently. A €5,000 weekly cap does not mean a bigger win is refused — it means it is paid in instalments across consecutive weeks, and jackpot-sized amounts are usually scheduled in writing by the finance desk. VIP tiers have the minimum/maximum withdrawal band raised individually, which is the single most tangible perk of the loyalty programme.
The same-method rule
Money returns along the route it arrived by, up to the amount you deposited. Anything above that goes to whichever rail the operator treats as your default — usually the bank account behind Trustly. The rule is an anti-money-laundering requirement rather than a house preference, and it has one practical consequence: if you deposit with a prepaid voucher, you must register a second method before you can cash out at all.
Verification: the one-time hurdle
The first payout triggers a document check. You will be asked for a government photo ID, a proof of address issued within the last three months, and evidence linking the payment method to your name — a masked card image or a wallet profile screenshot. Names must match exactly; a maiden name on the bank account and a married name on the casino profile is the most common reason a first cashout stalls. Once cleared, later payouts skip the check entirely.
Why a request can sit pending
Pending means the money has left your balance but has not been sent yet, and during that window the request can normally be cancelled and returned to the account — a feature worth knowing about and worth resisting. The usual causes of a long pending status are, in order: missing or blurry documents, a name mismatch, an unfinished bonus, or a request submitted late on Friday when the banking week has closed. If none of those apply and a day has passed, live chat runs around the clock and can see the internal status.
Before you deposit again
The rail you fund with decides how fast the next cashout will be, so it is worth choosing deliberately rather than by habit. Our deposit guide compares the options, and the payments overview holds the full limit table.
